CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

It is possible that you want to reschedule your appointment. You can reschedule your appointment free of charge in the calendar period while retaining your deposit, provided it is made 24 hours before the booking date.

If you cancel your appointment, no matter when, you will lose your deposit. The deposit is for the work and time we put into the canceled appointment. This is also for reserving the date and time you have booked.

ALCOHOL & DRUGS

There is no alcohol nor drugs aloud in our studio, also, if you are intoxicated, we cannot tattoo or pierce you.

REFUNDS

There is no such thing as refunds on tattoos, when considering a tattoo at UTCA TATTOOS, you sign our consent forms wich you agree on all the above terms and such. Before tattooing you always get to see your stencil applied, in real, in the mirror and digital. Getting tattooed is always on your own risk and artists are not responsible for your tattoos the moment you leave our door. Be wise, be sure you want the tattoo, placement and thickness, colour use is always up for debate, it’s your body.

Male, female, x, trans, straight, lgbtq+:everbody and every body is welcome at Utca Tattoo Studio. Stay civil and openminded during your visit to the studio.

ARTIST AREA

We have a strict artist area policy, that means that everything behind the desk is off limits to unatended children, plus ones, dogs and people who are not needed to be there. There is plenty of space to wait in the waiting area, so your artist can work in peace on your design and stencil. Please also come alone unless you have special needs or guardian.
